Domus Aqua is a unique modular floating rental property combining private residential units with a central lounge and restaurant. The project consists of 12 floating units, developed as a phased hospitality system with an initial launch within 8–9 months and subsequent expansion at a rate of one unit per month. Domus Aqua operates as a limited, fully managed rental destination, integrating accommodation, dining, and social space into a single floating environment.
